They insist the delivery company ( a contractor) collected six palettes. The delivery company insist the repackaged the six palettes onto five but all the stone was included. He says / she says....bla, bla, blah. We're the piggies in the middle dealing with a very costly shortfall! Who can collect six tonne of stone themselves to safeguard against this? ! Unfortunately we paid for the stone and delivery costs via direct bank deposit so we have no recourse there. Hopefully the delivery company will be honest and we can receive a refund of costs which we can use towards the purchase of the shortfall. It's such a shame, because it is never the fault on the buyer (also in my experience)! I would think you could get some satisfaction going to the credit card company, or at least threatening to? So sorry you are having such a nightmare with this!<br />StacyStacy CUrranhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06388632272324504350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7375731844728833206.post-49315652749741658492014-04-16T23:36:56.749+10:002014-04-16T23:36:56.749+10:00Oh that is frustrating & disappointing.
