Mini male room makeover!


I gave J's bed a bit of a make-over yesterday. I was going to save this new bed set for his proper room but was bored with the grey and white I had on his bed. This is nice for winter too.
Do you have different bed linen for different seasons?

    Oooh, I like that linen! Where is it from?

    I tried to do a summer and winter scheme in our room last year, but it just didn't fly with the Husband. As for the kids' rooms, it's hard enough creating one scheme that we agree on, let alone one for each season!!

      It's Vue Brand by Myer. When I bought it, it was on sale for $79.00 any size. I love it, particularlt the bits of blue (didn't photograph too well). Hope you're enjoying school hols!

      Yes I agree. At 9 years old it's not too 'old' for J but should have a long life without looking age innappropriate in the future.

    Ooohh, Very nice!
    I love all the little teddies that had to obviously stay put!
    I with M, getting one new bed setting past the Hubby is hard enough, and my three boys would be happy to have a sleeping bag as their bed linen! Or nothing at all, then they wouldn't have to make their beds! lol

      THank you Jode. There were a kazillion more teddies that I hadn't put on the bed yet when I took this shot. He's nearly 10, but so loves them all! He's a funny boy my J; loves getting into his newly spuced bed. Chip of the own block perhaps? LOL!

      Ha ha B! You've a good memory....I couldn't wait and love the change! The bed is not new, we put J in a QS bed awhile ago as he's very tall and needed more space. I'm still waiting on the ordered bedhead; not expected till june!
