It always amazes me how the last few weeks of a project see so much 'come together'!
The joinery has started to arrive at the Point Frederic Project....

And the lounge fire place, hearth and doors are now looking a bit more complete!

The laundry area is also a thoroughfare to a guest wing so all the gear is hidden behind joinery. Great idea for someone who doesnt want to or space-wise can't have a dedicated laudry room!

That cabinet is designed as a liquer cupboard with gladd shelving and lighting, I think one half is stereo equipment etc too. Every thing has a specified 'home' in this house...I'm looking forward to seeing it finished to show more pics. Alot of the joinery is timber veneer for visual warmth.x KL
